1st Line Technical Support - Based In Birmingham

Working for an expanding manufacturing company you will be responsible for providing technical support for the whole of the group.

Your duties will include:

Taking technical calls regarding problems with pc’s

Face -to-face desktop support throughout the office

In-house support including, pc upgrades and builds and occasionally server work

The ideal student will be studying towards and MCDST or an MCSE, have a full driving licence and a can-do attitude to problem solving.

This is an opportunity to be personally mentored by the technical analyst with training and support - perfect for an ambitious trainee technician!

Salary: £16,000 + Dep on Qualifications
