Job Description
Communication via telephone, mail and fax with existing customers in order to solve their basic technical issues.
Fault finding down to part level.
Transferring repair cases to respective partners, with a full diagnosis of problem and recommendation of replacement part(s).
Accepting escalations from level1 agents.
Transferring complex cases to specialists.
Initiating and inducing forwarding of documents, mails, faxes.
Updating database of customers and documenting activities and history for further contacts and campaigns.
Producing procedural documentation for the team.
Keeping up to date with all new products and contract information.
Delivering highest levels of customer service and technical support service.
Reporting the most common issues to coach.
Producing and documenting FAQs.
Special tasks on the instruction of the superior.
Avoidance of invasive repair through the proper diagnosis of reported faults.
Recognition and escalation (or handling) of opportunities for sales of appropriate service enhancements, options and accessories.
Escalation of formal complaints to the customer service team.
Salary/Benefits - £7.56 per hour = £14750.42 pa
Hours - Mondays - Fridays 8am -10pm Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 10pm
