Job Description

Outline Duties:

Investigating reported incidents (training provided)

Managing your own list of outstanding incidents

Discussing incidents and issues with clients and BCP specialists

Maintaining regular contact with clients with progress updates

Remote access to client systems

Logging calls from telephone, web or email

Producing and checking software releases

Occasional travel to client sites may be required throughout the UK and Ireland

Salary/Benefits

Salary £16k - £20k depending on qualifications and experience

Pension Scheme

20 Days holiday per year, rising to 25 after 5 years service

Responsible to the Customer Services Manager

Hours - 37 hours per week

Rotated between 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm Monday to Thursday and ½ hour less on Friday - 1 hour Lunch
