Job Title – 1st Line Technical Support

Location - Solihull, Birmingham

Ideal student - Any student with customer service experience, a good telephone manner and a desire to do a support role.


Job description / person spec - Working for a designer of innovative dealer management systems based in Solihull.

  • You will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to bespoke products.
  • The ideal student will have some customer service experience and a desire to be successful within a support environment.

  • Salary/benefits – Starting salary £14,000

    Hours – 37.5 hours per week based on shift work covering 7am to 9pm
