Job description / person spec - Our support department is currently looking to recruit Technical Support Advisors to receive and resolve 2nd line ISP technical issues, as well as customers' ISP related enquiries via telephone, letter and web.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be proactive, confident and organised. You should be able to work within a team and be able to communicate at all levels.
Candidates must have previous experience within a customer-focused role - this doesn't necessarily need to be within a call centre. You should also have a sound technical background, and a good understanding of the internet. You should have a flexible working attitude and a friendly telephone manner.
You will report to the Support Manager, work from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and your main duties will be -
