Job description / Person spec

Working for a newly established (3 years) IT Maintenance Company. The main bulk of their work is dealing with installations of software and hardware, fault finding and fixing, recommending new systems and systems improvements to their clients where necessary. Their clients are corporate and include Solicitors and Financial Institutions. Within this role you will be working alongside 2 Engineers and reporting to the Technical Director.

The daily duties will include:

Operating and managing a helpdesk

Taking & logging fault calls from clients and escalating these & ensuring that they are closed when completed

Installing hardware and software

Advising clients on possible improvements to their systems

Fixing IT equipment when possible

The role is both office and field based

c£15,000 depending upon qualifications and experience
