Role - Service Desk Analyst
Location - Theale, Reading
Salary - £20,000 + benefits
Shift Pattern 7am - 3.30pm / 8am - 4.30pm / 9.30am - 6pm / 1.30pm - 10pm and then one in every four Saturdays - 8.30am till 5:00pm
If you're looking to kick start your career in an I.T. environment, then the role of Service Desk Analyst could be perfect for you.
The role involves receiving incoming customer calls and using the available tools to provide a resolution. As a result, we are looking for an individual who is a clear communicator with excellent telephone manners and customer service skills.
The ideal Service Desk Analyst candidate will have worked in a telephone based environment and will have an understanding or interest of IT related issues.
You must be CompTIA A+ certified.
Flexibility in terms of working hours will be required.
