Based in Exeter

Flexible hours of work between 8:00am - 12:00am Monday – Sunday (37.5 per week)

Salary £7.56 per hour (£15,500 per annum)

This position involves working for a rapidly expanding, reputable company with a fantastic team.

There are already Computeach students working in this team.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with existing customers to solve their basic technical issues
• Fault finding
• Taking escalated calls from other agents
• Transferring complex calls to technical agents
• Updating customer records
• Diagnosis of and solution to technical issues
• Logging technical problems

Skills needed:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good technical knowledge
• Excellent telephone manner
• Customer service background
• A patient manner
• Previous helpdesk/IT network experience
