1st Line Helpdesk - Job ref: 01601

Based in Glasgow

35 hrs week Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00pm

My client is looking for people to join their helpdesk team of six people.

The ideal student will have call centre / customer service experience and working towards A+.

This is a temporary role for four months with the potential to become permanent.

• You will provide technical support to the business dealing with all IT related queries including printers, PC issues and peripherals
• People skills are essential with a 'can-do' attitude
• Full training provided on their internal remote desktop software
