1st Line Technical Support
Based in Solihull
37.5 hours per week based on shift work covering 7:00am to 9:00pm
Our client is a designer of innovative dealer management systems based in Solihull. You will be responsible for providing first line technical support to bespoke products
The ideal student will have some customer service experience and a desire to be successful within a support environment
