Prerequisites
To take our CCNA course you should have a good basic knowledge of personal computers and networks together with an understanding of TCP/IP and subnetting. You will need around 12 months experience in systems or network administration or support. Alternatively, you may already have gained the CompTIA Network+ or Server+ certification.
