Tim Hutchinson had spent most of his life as a postman, sorting and delivering mail. Feeling unfulfilled and unhappy in his job, Tim decided on career change that had plenty of scope for progression.

With a keen interest in computers, and plenty of spare time to study, Tim decided to undertake an IT course (MCSE – Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Tim had basic IT knowledge, and had built several computers for himself and helped members of his family and friends with their computer problems.
