Institute of IT Training: Accredited Training Provider

If you have followed our three step complaints process and you feel your issues have not been resolved satisfactorily you can contact the IITT for further help.

The IITT is the professional body for IT Training and Support Professionals. Computeach are accredited to their Gold Standard. We are also founder members of their new Personally Funded Training Initiative, designed to help consumers buy training with confidence.

This means that we adhere to the IITT Codes of Conduct, part of which deals specifically with complaints and appeals.

Under the Codes of Conduct the IITT will consider any complaint you have about us. They will normally expect that you have followed our three step process, as laid out on the complaints procedure page.
