Online video advertising is becoming an integral part of marketing campaigns, a new study by Smartclip has found.
According to Utalkmarketing.com, 71 out of the 100 marketers interviewed are planning on using online video advertising in their future campaigns, while 72 per cent of respondents said they considered online video to be a transparent and measurable tool.
The news comes a few days after research showed brand engagement is boosted by both video and display advertising.
Jamie Estrin, managing director of Web TV Enterprise, the UK's biggest premium online video advertising network, said that the market is evolving at a very fast pace, adding that the rise in high quality video content being posted online is driving the demand for video advertising.
"With more and more premium video content going online the audience is growing all the time and with any evolving market place there are lots of new players arriving there, which is great", he said.
