Organisations can benefit from super fast broadband connections as it provides them with reliable connectivity and a way to cut costs, according to Clodagh Murphy, director of Eclipse Internet, which provides internet services to small businesses.
"Over the next couple of years, we will see the numbers increase dramatically as areas become enabled," Ms Murphy said.
However, this service is not yet available and companies need other alternatives, she said.
She went on to say some options include bonding solutions, allowing customer to ‘bond’ multiple lines together to benefit from the combined speed of all lines.
"It really is important that customers can speak to their ISP and seek advice on the best solution for their business," she said.
