The efficiency of UK companies can improve significantly if they adopt electronic formats, according to Raz Godelnik, co-founder of Ecolibris.net.
He said companies can usually find all sorts of software to help them get their operations completely digitalised.
“If it's about invoices or sending receipts, billing and so on - you can find software that is a good fit for small companies and not as expensive,” he said.
The expert went on to say that there are different types of levels that provide advantages for such a transfer.
Mr Godelnik also said there is software available that allows companies to deal with the small stuff. For instance, they can find today PDF software that doesn't does not allow staff to print the PDF.
Another example, he added, is programmes that arrange the number of pages - many times we have documents where there are empty pages. That way employees find 30 pages to print instead of 50.
