A company has launched a unique website that is offering distance learning for IT and project management qualifications.
Focus on Training, which is based in Peterborough, created the website in response to greater demand for e-learning.
Packages from leading accredited providers of computer courses in IT service management and project management are now available from one website, www.focus-on-training.co.uk.
The intention is to make choosing a home study course simpler and quicker.
In addition to supplying the packages, potential students can get advice from the company on which course would best suit them. After they've started a programme, Focus on Training will then supply tutorial support if needed.
Focus business development director Rex Gibson said: "In the past, distance learning was often seen as second best."
"Our experience is that ... examination pass rates can be higher with quality e-learning packages than with their classroom equivalents."
Some of the IT training courses offered from the website include Cisco training, PC and Systems support, ITIL training and Microsoft training.
