Recruitment firm offers training and development

Recruitment firm Lander Associates will be offering a training and development programme in partnership with Euro London Appointments, reports Recruiter.

Euro London Appointments specialises in multilingual recruitment and will work with Lander in providing training opportunities for employees in both Europe and the UK.

Management consultancy and skills development workshops will comprise two of the modular courses made available and will cater for all levels of personnel, from trainees all the way up to senior managers, while computer training could also be included.

Fiona Lander, managing director at Lander Associates, told the website: "This strategic approach works because it supports the organisation's short-term and long-term business objectives."

She added that the new programmes will help develop career paths and manage staff performances, while also generally aiding the recruitment process.

The Chartered Insurance Institute recently advised businesses throughout the UK to prepare for economic recovery by ensuring that training opportunities still receive healthy investment during the recession.
