Just days into the job and Barack Obama is already planning ways to safeguard the future of America.
The newly-elected president has long-advocated a nationwide effort to develop new computing security features to help fight cyber-crime and spying.
"We know that cyber-espionage and common crime is already on the rise," he said in a speech in July 2008.
"And yet while countries like China have been quick to recognise this change, for the last eight years we have been dragging our feet.
"As president, I'll make cyber security the top priority that it should be in the 21st century."
If President Obama has his way, a whole new generation of IT solutions will come to market, which may necessitate some IT training in areas where the solutions come into use.
Each year, London hosts the Infosecurity Europe expo in Earls Court. This year's event will take place on April 28th, 29th and 30th.
